Sohi Systems is a privately held software company founded in 2005 and based in Clearwater, Florida. Founders included medical doctors and veteran software professionals. Having a vision of creating the best EHR system, the founders combined their expertise in clinical field and software engineering to produce software for medical practices using the most modern, internet age technologies. This effort led to Sohi EHR which was deployed the same year; it has been continuously improved over the years receiving EHR certification for complete ambulatory EHR in 2014.

Since that time, two additional software packages, Sohi Lab and Sohi Hub, were developed and introduced to the market.
