Mandatory Disclosure:
SohiEHR 2.2 may require additional fees per Eligible Provider; they could include
one-time setup fee as well as additional ongoing monthly maintenance and transaction
fees to support each of the following:
- 1. transmission of summary of care (170.314.b.1, 170.314.b.2)
- 2. establishing and maintaining interfaces with diagnostic facilities such as lab or radiology facility (170.314.b.5)
- 3. establishing and maintaining electronic prescribing and drug formulary checking (170.314.b.3, 170.314.a.10)
- 4. online patient services (170.314.e.1)
- 5. establishing and maintaining reporting interfaces to immunization registries and public health agencies (170.314.f.2, 170.314.f.3)
- 6. integration with other ONC certified systems
Additionally Eligible Providers may utilize third-party vendors, for example testing
laboratories, billing company, etc., and these vendors may require separate agreements
with their own fee schedules.
SohiEHR 2.2 is certified to capture and export patient summaries (170.314.b.7)
and CQM measures (170.314.c.1) in real time; however, the ability to utilize
the mass capture or export functionality may have impact on system performance
and, it is recommended to be performed at off hours.
